The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the possession of the petitioner it is alleged that one country made pistol with live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2019.

Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
