In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. case No.79 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 188, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., the informant had received the information that the certain people, on account of death of Dhirendra Prasad Singh, have assembled and protesting the death of the deceased and also had blocked the movement of the vehicle. When the police party had gone to pacify, they have also assaulted the police party. So far the present petitioner is concerned, there is no specific allegation against her. Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, namely,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6050 of 2018(2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 Rukma Devi, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. case No.79 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
