2. The present writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner in Home Guard Service on the basis of compassionate ground without any further and undue delay in the interest of "Fair and Natural Justice".

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed several representations before the Respondent No. 4 (District Commandant Officer, Home Guard, Muzaffarpur) but till date no order has been passed.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.12253 of 2024(2) dt.20-08-2024 2/2 respondent No. 4 shall be directed to pass reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner.

5. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed off directing respondent no. 4 to pass reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner within 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
