The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47 and 54 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act. It has been submitted that total 24 litres of Nepali liquor has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 13.08.2016. It is mentioned in para-3 of bail petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4525 of 2017 (2) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 304 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
