2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits vide order dated 24.07.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33263 of 2023, petitioners were granted bail, but inadvertently, name of petitioner no.2 has wrongly been typed as "Ranjeet Kumar Singh", instead of "Rajnish Kumar Singh".

3. Accordingly, order dated 24.07.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33263 of 2023 is modified to the extent that name of petitioner no.2 be read as "Rajnish Kumar Singh" instead of "Ranjeet Kumar Singh". However, regarding extension of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59429 of 2023(2) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 period of surrender, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh modification application.
