The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.5.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 15907 of 2016 seeking extension of time to surrender in the court below by the petitioner by further period of three weeks. Considering the grounds mentioned in the present application, petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below, i.e., Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Maner P. S. Case no. 538 of 2015 within a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37274 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2016 2/2 The order dated 16.5.2016 is modified to the extent, as indicated above.

The present application stands disposed of.
