2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Shrikrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023 registered under section 341, 323, 353, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father and daughter were arrested for having committed offences under the Excise Act. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Shrikrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023.
