2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shrikrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent and she is in custody since 20.05.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54359 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Shrikrishnapuri P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023.
