Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B) A, 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20/22 of N.D.P.S. Act. Taking into consideration that except mobile sets, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners though, allegedly, they had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
