After some arguments, Shri B.P. Pandey, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition.

Prayer is allowed.

The anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn. If the petitioner surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and file the documents showing the distribution of money and construction of lavatory, the learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
