The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a)/34 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

5 liters of country-made Mahua liquor has been recovered from the dickey of the motorcycle and petitioner is registered owner of the said motorcycle.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the said motorcycle has already been sold on 25.06.2019 by the petitioner to one Manoj Yadav, who did not transfer the bike in his name. It is further submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
