JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD) 11-04-2025 Ms. Anukriti Jaipuriyar, learned counsel for the appellant submits that she had filed this appeal through the Legal Services Committee of the Patna High Court, however, later on, it has been found that the appellant had already preferred an appeal being Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 794 of 2023 which is pending consideration.

2. In the aforesaid view of the matter, a prayer to allow her to withdraw this appeal has been made.

3. We grant the prayer to withdraw the appeal.

4. This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
