The petitioner seeks bail in Town P.S. Case No. 477 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 401, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner was apprehended with stolen motorcycle and on search, one masterkey was recovered from his possession. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 477 of 2021.
