The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the F.I.R., while the informant was returning home after withdrawing Rs. 15,000/- from the bank and reached near pond, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons snatched the money from the informant and fled away. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that on the alleged date of occurrence, petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence, rather he was at Delhi Airport to go to Muscut (Gulf country). To this effect, Annexure - 3 has been brought on record, which is photocopy of Air-ticket. Police after investigation submitted final form against this petitioner and was not sent up for trial.

Sikrahana Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 204 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
