The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioners that for preparing the Adhar Card they charged rupees thirty from each person.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that that work of preparation of Adhar Card was given to M/s Home Life Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. and the petitioners are the employees of said NGO. There is no proof on the record with regard to the money being charged.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53330 of 2015 (2) dt.23-11-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 139 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
