JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 62409 of 2017 by which petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail was allowed by order dated 20.12.2017 vide Cr. Misc. no. 62409 of 2017. It is further submitted that due to inadvertence in the aforesaid order in place of 'A.C.J.M. Dalsingsarai, Samastipur' '3rd Additional District Judge, Samastipur' was mentioned. The mistake appears to be obvious.

Accordingly, the order dated 20.12.2017 is modified to the extend that petitioner will be released in the aforesaid case to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Vidyapatinagar P.S. case no. 133

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8616 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 of 2014.

Accordingly, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is given to the petitioner to surrender in the Court below in terms of the order dated 20.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 62409 of 2017. This Cr. Misc. application is allowed.
