The petitioners are accused in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016 registered under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have been falsely implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The story is false and concocted and they are in custody since 22.12.2016. Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and from materials available on record, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing
