Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner with reference to Annexure-6 would submit that the petitioner has approached the Controller of Examination on 24.8.2018 yet grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed and result has not been published.

Considering the prayer made in the writ application, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the University to examine the record and if it is found that the petitioner has appeared in the examination and passed the same, result of the

Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the respondents within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
