Learned counsel for the State is present.

This application filed by the husband of Smt. Nita Kumari, assailing the order of transfer is not sustainable on two gounds. Firstly, the husband has got no locus standi to question the transfer order of his wife (Smt. Nita Kumari) and secondly, such transfer order was likely to be assailed before the Tribunal constituted in terms of the policy rules. That being so, this writ application is wholly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
