Petitioners are Ex-Secretary, Member and Teacher Representative of the Managing Committee of Hari Shankar Verma Co-operative Inter College, Ramgarhwa, East Champaran. They are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S.

Case No.

46/15 dated 13.05.2015 registered for the offences under Sections 193, 406, 408, 409, 420, 466, 467, 468,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40169 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 469, 477, 500, 120(B), 34 of the Penal Code, pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the complainant is none else than the Ex-Secretary of the College who has filed the complaint after his removal from the post of Secretary of the Managing Committee of the College. Other coaccused have already been admitted to privilege of bail in the event of arrest by another Bench of this Court under Order No. 2 dated 07.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32174 of 2015.

This application is also disposed of exactly in the same terms which is contained in the aforesaid order, said order be also treated as part of this order.
