2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Belchi P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the police found a dead body of a woman floating in water with slitted throat.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. She is not named in the FIR and the case was lodged against unknown persons. The petitioner is mother of the deceased. Except confessional statement, there is nothing against her in the entire case diary and she is a lady of clean antecedent. He has submitted further that on the exactly similar footing, co-accused Nitish

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60407 of 2024(4) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 18.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 64176 of 2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State Sri Shailendra Kumar has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the witnesses have supported the allegation in different paragraphs of the case diary and the petitioner has also confessed her guilt.

6. On the exactly similar footing, co-accused Nitish Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 18.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 64176 of 2024

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the fact that the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Belchi P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
