JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 379, 384, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that the petitioners entered in his shop and demanded rangdari. It is further alleged that they assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head and tried to set fire to the shop. As the petitioners are named in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. Their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The petitioners should surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail which would be considered on its own merit without prejudice. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) KHAN/- U
