2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 15.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43055 of 2024 whereby the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 16 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 43055 of 2024 the satisfaction of the Court is mentioned as Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul in place of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria and accordingly, the same mistake crept up in the order dated 15.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43055 of 2024. Accordingly, he prays that the same may be corrected as Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria.

4. Accordingly, in the order dated 15.07.2024, the satisfaction of the Court be read as Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in place of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul.

5. In the aforesaid manner, the order dated 15.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43055 of 2024 stands modified to the extent stated above.

6. Let this order be communicated to the court of learned JM 1st Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 16 of 2022.
