The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 22.2.2012 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Khagaria, in Criminal Revision No. 108 of 2010 by which he has affirmed the order dated 2.8.2010 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gogri, in Case No. 251(M) of 1999 under Section 133 Cr. P.C.
Considering that this is a second revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr. P.C. and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
