Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Deep Nagar P.S.Cae No.161 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story is that while the informant was cutting grass, accused persons came and started abusing her and one of the co-accused persons, Upendra Mahto tried to strangulate him and allegation against this petitioner is of snatching of golden chain.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on b2019ail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deep Nagar P.S.Case No.161 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
