JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH) 13-02-2015 In spite of repeated calls no one appears for the appellant. Learned counsel for the respondents is present. Mining lease of the appellant was cancelled in the year, 2012. The lease itself was valid only up to the year, 2014. Thus, for all practical purposes the appeal has become infructuous. We have also gone through the order of the learned Single Judge and we have not found any reason for interference as obviously the appellant had failed to pay yearly renewal lease
Patna High Court LPA No.1200 of 2012 (3) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 amount in time and in spite of giving opportunity there was no payment in time.
Thus, the appeal is accordingly dismissed.
