Prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the concerned respondents to allot/handover the possession of the flat in question.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the same has not been done despite him having complied with all the requirements and full payment made.

The Court finds such dispute to be of a purely civil nature for which the civil Court of competent jurisdiction is the proper forum.
