2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024 dated 19.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 18.06.2024, the wife of the informant's elder brother, Puja Devi and nephew Ankit Kumar were sitting at their door and suddenly, the petitioners and the others came there and uprooted the demarcated bricks of the land of his elder brother Premchand

When Puja Devi and Ankit Kumar prohibited them, the accused persons abused and assaulted them with lathi-danda, iron rod, khanti and bricks. On hearing the sound of crying, the informant and his brother Nagendra Kumar, Premchand Yadav and Gayatri Devi came to save them, the accused persons brutally assaulted them. In the meantime, the co-accused, Tilariya Devi and Reshmi Devi snatched golden Mangalsutra and earring from Puja Devi. When Premchand Yadav tried to go to police station then the accused persons also assaulted him and tried to kill him. When the villagers assembled there, they were saved. Puja Devi sustained head injury and Ankit Kumar sustained injuries in his shoulder and the other parts of the body. Bijendra Kumar sustained injury on scalp and fracture injury on the left finger. Nagendra Kumar sustained injury over forehead and left eye and Gayatri Devi sustained injury on her body. The accused persons also threatened them.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61118 of 2025(3) dt.17-09-2025 3/3 clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 20.05.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners and submitted that the anticipatory bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected by the Coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 17.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86076/2024. Learned counsel has further submitted that from perusal of the impugned order, as per the injury report of the injured, the injuries are stated to be grievous in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Danapur in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024.
7. The application stands allowed.
