The grievance of the petitioner is that though he applied for grant of arms licence of NP Bore pistol way back in the year 2010 but no final decision has been taken as yet by the licensing authority.
Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the District Magistrate-cum-Licensing Authority, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.2) to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
