2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S Case No. 69 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) and 21(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant apprehended two persons with total of 5.24 grams of brown colour smacks and the apprehended persons disclosed that they had received the said smack from Prince Yadav(petitioner).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and

It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by the apprehended coaccused persons. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and has stated that the petitioner carries one criminal antecedent of similar nature of offence, hence, he does not deserve the liberty of anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner carries one criminal antecedent of similar nature of offence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below concerned within four weeks from the date of this order and pray for regular bail, the learned Court below may consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in accordance with law and on its own merits without being prejudiced by this order.

7. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move before the learned Court below and the Court below shall pass
