Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 364 of the Indian Penal. Some unknown persons kidnapped to Ritik Kumar as such FIR is against unknown. Later on dead body of Ritik Kumar was recovered. Name of this petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. Similarly situated coaccused Sunil Patel has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.8564 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5580 of 2017 (3) dt.29-03-2017 satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Sitamarhi/Successor Court, in connection with Sessions Trial No.243 of 2016, arising out of Majorganj P.S. Case No. 256 of 2015, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
