This writ application has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to make an inquiry against private respondent no. 5 and take appropriate action against him. The petitioner has described himself to be a citizen of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17319 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 India and a permanent resident of the district of Patna. No statement has been made as to how he is aggrieved and what benefit he will derive if action is taken against respondent no. 5. It is the petitioner's case that date of birth of private respondent no. 5 is 07.07.1972 and has passed his first matriculation examination in 1987 from Bihar School Examination Board, Patna and his real name is Brahmachari. It has been stated that he has appeared second time in the matriculation examination by concealing his real age. In my opinion, this writ application appears to be completely frivolous and is accordingly dismissed with a cost of Rs. 5,000/- to be deposited in the account of Bihar State Legal Services Authority within two months from today.
