The entitlement if found in favour of the petitioner will beget him financial benefits within a period of four months thereof.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6040 of 2014 dt.12-05-2016 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that 182 days earned leave encashment, which has been sanctioned but not paid, Un-deposited provident fund to the extent of Rs.10,000/- and group insurance amount are still due as per the petitioner. These aspects will also be verified by the University and settled within the time frame indicated above.
