The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case no. 79 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 08.05.2019, pattidar of the informant started to capture the land of informant, when he made protest then co-accused Manjay Pandey and Vishal Pandey threatened him to kill. In the meantime, they caused two injuries through spade at the head of Sujit Pandey, son of the informant, who fell down there. Thereafter, Binod Pandey

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51434 of 2019(2) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 and Sanjay Pandey (petitioners) along with others caused injury to the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that occurrence of Marpit took place due to land dispute in which son of the informant sustained injury at the hand of Manjay Pandey and Vishal Pandey and the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case being the family members of Manjay Pandey and Vishal Pandey.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VIII, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
