Public Prosecutor, opposing the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he has also collected huge amount from several other persons for giving employment. Keeping in view the nature of accusation, I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
