The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maharjganj P.S. Case No. 338 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 323, 406, 408, 409, 467, 468, 120(B) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

The accusation is that petitioners introduced themselves as bank agent and they allure the complainant to provide KCC loan from the Central Bank of India, Maharajganj branch. Thereafter, they got signature of complainant on several papers. While Rs. 10,000/- was received by him, as loan, but remaining amount of Rs. 40,000/- was withdrawn by the

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
