The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The dead body of the mother of the informant was found hanging with a tree. The petitioner and co-accused Bijay Kumar Mukhiya @ Vijay Kumar Mukhiya had quarrelled with the deceased for execution of the sale deed in their favour and that is the reason for suspicion against the petitioner for commission of crime alleged. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Supaul in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 228 of 2012.
