2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Unit Case No. 02 of 2024-2025 (D.R.I. P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(C) and 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 & 29 of the NDPS Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 65 kg of 'ganza' from the car.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is recovery of 65 kg of ganza from the car and petitioner being the driver, had no knowledge about the recovery and has clean antecedent. The petitioner is in jail since 07.05.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the Union of India has filed its counter affidavit and he submits that the total recovery is 132 kg of 'ganza' from the secret cavity of the car.
6. Considering the huge recovery of 'ganza' from the car which was being driven by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected.
7. The trial is directed to be expedited.
