The present writ petition has been filed in the representative capacity by the father-in-law of the applicant who was only desirous of applying for the post on Anganwari Sevika for Ward No. 13 of Ambara Tej Singh Panchayat of Saraiya Blcok in the district Muzaffarpur but according to the petitioner, the provisional merit-list was prepared without

Patna High Court CWJC No.16603 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 calling the Aam Sabha.

This writ petition can not be entertained for the reason that it has not been filed by the petitioner / applicant. If at all there is any complaint against the preparation of the merit-list for the purposes of selection, necessary complaint can be lodged by the candidate before the concerned authority under the ICDS Scheme.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
