The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or directions to the respondents to enter the name of petitioner in Raiyati column with regard to the land bearing Khata No.327, Plot No.17, area-2 decimal and Khata
Patna High Court CWJC No.11779 of 2024 dt.08-08-2024 2/3 No.327, Plot No.18 Area-1 decimal in Mauza- Bandhuganj, Anchal- Ghoshi, District- Jehanabad upon which the house of petitioner has been constructed in the market of Bhandhuganj in Special Land survey being conducted by Survey Authority and further to pass any other order/orders to which the petitioner found entitled too."

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer to the extent of disposal of application dated 08-02-2024, for issuing parcha of the land in question in favour of the petitioner, which is pending consideration before the Special Land Settlement Officer, Jehanabad (respondent No. 5) within a limited time frame.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State does not object to the limited prayer of the petitioner with regard to disposal of his application dated 08-02-2024 within a stipulated time frame.

In view of the above, this Court, in the interest of justice, directs the Special Land Settlement Officer, Jehanabad (respondent No.5) to dispose of the aforesaid application dated 08-02-2024 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
