SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-03-2015 During the pendency of this writ petition, petitioner widow of Yogendra Jha, who earlier served as Assistant Teacher in a Government High School, died.

It is submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, all the retiral dues of late Yogendra Jha, except Group Insurance, unutilized leave salary and arrears of pension from February, 2003 to March, 2005 has been paid.

For payment of remaining dues, heirs of the petitioner should represent before Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 and such

Patna High Court CWJC No.4904 of 2011 dt.27-03-2015 2/2 representation be considered and disposed of and if any amount is found due, the same be paid to the heirs of the petitioner within a reasonable time, not exceeding three months from the date of receipt of the representation annexing a copy of this order.
