This is the second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.198 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 47(A) and 53(B) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected for the time being on 24.08.2017 vide Cr.Misc.No.34865 of 2016. The petitioner has remained in custody since 03.06.2016, Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2016 as well as considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, namely, Ravi Yadav @ Sonu Yadav @ Sonu be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
