2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In pursuance to the order dated 08.01.2024, status report of trial in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 181 of 2021 has been received and kept at Flag-A, in which it is reported that charge has been framed on 19.12.2023 and the trial will conclude approximately within next six months. It is further reported that summons to witnesses has already been issued vide dispatch no. 33 dated 15.01.2024.

4. Considering the present stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54390 of 2023(9) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 181 of 2021 pending before the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad.

5. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.

6. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within six months. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate in the trial.
