ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the order dated 3.9.2015 passed the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Naugachia, in Misc. Case No. 714 of 2015 in a Proceeding under Section 144 Cr. P.C. Considering that a Proceeding under Section 144 Cr. P.C. can be enforceable only for sixty days and even under the provision, it can only be extended on the notification of the State Government, I find no reason for interference in the matter. The application is disposed off with the aforesaid observation.
