The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/ 323/324/325/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties with the injuries having been inflicted on both sides on their vital parts. Considering the nature of allegations made and that both the sides are close relatives, let the petitioner Akhilesh Kumar, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
