The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Janta Bazar P. S. Case No. 70 of 2019 dated 21.05.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that while the informant had gone to collect water at the tube-well, the petitioner fought with her and thereafter assaulted her. Because of her having been pushed to the ground, she suffered minor injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55742 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 that on account of dispute over taking water from the tubewell first, a scuffle had taken place, in which the petitioner also was assaulted by the informant.

In any view of the matter, considering the trivial nature of dispute and the injury suffered by the informant being simple in nature, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The petition is allowed.

The petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Saran in connection with Janta Bazar P. S. Case No. 70 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) skm/- U
