2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.05.2023 passed in G.R. No. 3521 of 2018 arising out of Koilwar P.S. Case No. 298 of 2018 whereby and whereunder the SDJM, Bhojpur at Ara has rejected the petition of the State filed under Section 319 of the Cr.P.C. to issue processes against Opposite Party No. 2 to 4 for facing trial.

3. By the impugned order dated 30.05.2023, this application under Section 319 of the Cr. P.C. filed by the informant has been rejected.

4. This application was filed to summon the Sister-inlaw (Gotni).

5. No case for summoning the accused has been made out in the Court below.

6. I do not find any merit in this case of the petitioner. This application is dismissed.
