Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of misuse of privilege of bail in a case triable by the judicial magistrate.
Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner undertakes that he would attend the case regularly. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria/Successor Court, in connection with
