The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 231 of 2017 registered under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the present case, petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
