JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 The petitioners/State of Bihar has sought modification of the order dated 28.06.2019 whereby it had been directed that in case of representation made by the O.P. No. 1/petitioner in the original writ petition within a period of three weeks before the Principal Secretary-cum-Chairman, BIADA, Department of Industry, Government of Bihar, Patna, ventilating his grievances and challenging the order which has been passed by the Additional Secretary, Department of Industry, Government of Bihar, terminating his

Patna High Court MJC No.3003 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 contractual appointment midway, the same shall be disposed off by the concerned respondent within a period of two weeks of the receipt of such representation. For the reasons stated in the application, the time for the Principal Secretary-cum-Chairman, BIADA to dispose off the representation is extended for a further period of eight weeks from today i.e. till 4th of November, 2019.

It is expected that by that date, the representation which has been filed by the O.P. No. 1, shall be disposed off after affording hearing to him and the order shall be passed after referring to all the connected circulars and case laws of the subject. The petition stands allowed and disposed off accordingly.
